"The good attracts me & the crook attracts you"

So inspired by this shoot by Phil Poynter for Italian Vogue.

Utterly in shockville. The delicious mix of modern day grungy glamour with ladylike chic is woven seamlessly with a tinge of rebellious garage. An absolute showstopper in my books.

Pouvez-vous dire le sex appeal?

Natalia Vodianova For French Vogue

Lingerie.
The epitome of sexiness. Intimates - demure, silky, lacy. The comfort, confidence, elegance and power a woman should feel constructed into a garment to exemplify precisely that. Exaggerate even.
It's come to my attention that underwear is more openly worn as 'over-wear' nowadays. Corsets worn as tops, bra pieces worn over a lace shirt, sheer fabrics revealing a lacy brassiere. I however, will not yield to this trend. 'Hot' was never the look I went for, or found attractive to be honest. There is always a balance to be kept, tickle someone's imagination, let his mind wonder, save something for later. And definitely don't give Tom, Dick and Harry all an early birthday present as you walk down the street.

Chic-y.

In the spirit of my month of travelling. Saw these suitcase stickers - hilarious - and had to post them.

Now that holiday's over, I am officially a Londoner!
Am currently working on my Eurotrip piece ... Stay tuned.
Would like to give a shout out to the husband who's been an immense help. Let's go to the flower market soon k? ;P

The Opposite Sex

Men’s fashion. Men’s lifestyle. Boy’s toys. Masculine aesthetic. Cologne. Cigars. Gentlemen's Clubs.

... Men.

J'adore.

I’ve always known that if I were to ever become a designer, I would get into menswear. Shearling, grundgy, chunky combinations, tough leather, slick suits – a three piece, light grey pin stripe suit has always been my favourite – pop art & graphic prints, those high tops! I must say they appeal to me and speak to me a lot stronger than womenswear sometimes. Strolling in the men’s section at Lane Crawford sends me on a serious inspiration trip. I’ve even gone to the extent of trying many men’s items on, (after falling in love with cardigans and jackets mostly) the shoulders are however, unsurprisingly, too big.

GQ.com is a website I visit more or less on a daily basis. Their guest photographer, Paola Kudacki has come up with a stunning collection of photographs.

Feast your eyes ladies and gentlemen on Ms Kudacki’s cheeky compilation.
